Beacon Court - 6 luxury apartments

This Malvern development was built on the site of a large 1960's detached house:

The development comprised 6 very large apartments, each with 3 bedrooms and finished to a very high specification. The3 storey building was set back from the road, down a sloping drive, in a mature, landscaped garden:

The 2 ground floor apartments had their own private garden, while the 4 upper apartments had attractive balconies giving lovely views over the Malvern Hills:

Timber crib retaining wall was used to take advantage of the sloping garden:

Roof rainwater is captured and stored in a large underground tank, from where it is pumped to a header tank at the top of the building. All the WC's then use the recycled rainwater; should rainwater run out, the system switched seamlessly without intervention to mains water, reverting to rain water as soon as it rains.
