Woodshears Rise is a short walk from the centre of the historic Victorian Spa town of Great Malvern, and is close to the shopping centre of Barnards Green.

Rich in cultural heritage, Malvern has a recently-restored theatre, cinema and swimming pool complex. As well as a wide selection of independent and specialist shops, Malvern has a modern and convenient out-of-town shopping complex.

Malvern scores highly on many of the factors which affect the quality of life in today’s world, which, besides wonderful amenities, include quality of housing, public and private schooling, low crime rates and ease of commuting.

Woodshears Rise is accessed by a private drive off Woodshears Road. The two houses are at the top of the drive, at the upper, level section of the site. Being slightly elevated, the houses have lovely views of the Malvern Hills and surrounding areas. Despite being so close to the Town Centre, and even a railway line (which is sunk well below garden level alongside the houses), Woodshears Rise is amazingly quiet and private, not overlooked by neighbours and in well-landscaped grounds.

Woodshears Road is in a very desirable area of Great Malvern, linking Priory Road and Court Road. It is approximately half a mile as the crow flies from Malvern Priory and the heart of Great Malvern, and slightly less than half a mile from the Barnards Green shopping centre.

From the centre of Great Malvern, go down CHURCH ST, through the TRAFFIC LIGHTS (Waitrose is found on the left), take the next right PRIORY ROAD, and follow this road around to the right. WOODSHEARS ROAD will then be found on the right. Proceed down Woodshears Road, and the private drive to WOODSHEARS RISE is next to number 27, just before the railway bridge.
