Northview Court - block of apartments

This site in Malvern was originally a dairy and later used as a conservatory sales centre. After the site was cleared, we built this 3 storey apartment block, with 12 apartments.

We provided whole building ventilation, whereby large communal fan gently extract air continually from every kitchen, bathroom and WC. This ensures a high degree of controlled and quite ventilation.

The 2 pent houses had private balconies built into the roof. This is the view coming down leigh Sinton Road:
