Powick
THREE DETACHED HOUSES
Sparrowhall Lane
Powick
WR14 4SG
This is a select development of just three detached houses in a very private and highly-sought after area of Powick.
The houses are in what used to be the grounds of Doltonia, a large detached house towards the junction of Sparrowhall Lane and the A449 Worcester to Malvern main road.
Sparrowhall Lane is, as its name suggests, a rural lane, with large, attractive houses on one side and open fields on the other. It also has excellent road links to both Worcester (4 miles) and Great Malvern (4 miles). Thus the facilities of the Cathedral City of Worcester on the River Severn, and those of Great Malvern, at the foot of the Malvern Hills, are just a few minutes away by car. In addition, it has easy access to the motorway system (both M5 and M50), and main line railway stations are available in both Worcester and Malvern, and the proposed Parkway station in Norton is only 5 miles away.
The development comprises:
one large 5-bedroom detached house with garage and balcony
two 4-bedroom detached houses with garage
LOCATION
Sparrowhall Lane can be accessed either from the main A449 (where the dual carriageway ends) or from the rear off Colletts Green Road:
