When we build for others under a contract and for a fixed price or arrangement, we apply the same discipline and attention to quality and detail as to when we build our own houses. We use our same employees and known sub-contractors, as well as our regular suppliers.

Our contract work ranges

a block of 18 apartments for a landlord

and

everything inbetween.

We are used to dealing with architects, engineers, planning officers, building inspectors, and all the utility companies (water, electricity, telecommunications, gas).

We know how to optimise the energy performance of a building.

We have installed some 50 Air Source Heat Pumps, many packages of PV panels and Electric vehicle charging points, as well as triple glazing, under-floor heating.
