Court Property Developers Ltd has been building homes and carrying out contract building work across Worcestershire since 1997. What started as a small building contractor has grown into an established property development and construction business, completing over 60 housing developments, more than 250 homes, and over 50 contract building projects for homeowners, landlords, businesses and housing associations across the county.
We are based in Callow End, a few miles south of Worcester, placing us at the centre of the area we know best — Worcester city and its surrounding towns and villages, the Malvern Hills area, and the broader Worcestershire countryside. This is where we live and work, and that local knowledge shapes how we approach every project.
Our Work
Court Property operates across two main areas of business. As a property developer, we acquire land, secure planning permission, and build new homes for sale across Worcestershire — individually designed for each site, built to full building regulation standard, and managed from groundbreak to handover by our own team.
As a building contractor, we carry out a wide range of projects for private clients — house extensions, garage building, loft conversions, landscaping, and building renovations of all scales. We also carry out larger contract projects for landlords, housing associations and commercial clients, including apartment conversions, building refurbishments and structural works.
Across both sides of the business, the same standards apply. Fixed price contracts. Our own employed staff for the core structural work. Subcontractors we have worked with for years. Building regulation compliance on every project. And a straightforward, honest approach to what is and isn't achievable.
How We Work
Every project starts with a free site visit. We come to you, look at the project properly, ask the right questions, and provide a detailed, itemised, fixed price quotation. There are no vague estimates or day rates — you know the total cost before any work starts.
We manage the full process on your behalf. Where planning permission is required, we advise on the application and liaise with the local planning authority. Where building regulations approval is needed, we handle the submissions and manage the inspection programme. Where structural engineers are required, we commission and coordinate them. You do not need to manage these relationships separately.
Our own employed staff carry out the groundworks, brickwork, structural work and carpentry at the core of every project. Specialist finishing trades — plumbers, electricians, plasterers — are drawn from a network of subcontractors we have worked with repeatedly over many years. We take responsibility for every trade on our projects, not just our own.

Court Property Developers Ltd is registered with NHBC and is rated as an A1 Builder and Developer, the highest of the 16 standard NHBC ratings. All our building work is carried out in compliance with current building regulations and is subject to independent building control inspection where required. Structural work is designed and signed off by qualified structural engineers. We provide full structural warranties on all extension and new build projects.
