Dunns Lane is a part of Upton that is of great historic interest, and is part of the Upton Conservation Area, with several Listed Buildings in the vicinity.

Upton is an interesting town in a good location.  Being a riverside town, we arranged a detailed Floor Risk Assessment (FRA), looking at the flood risk over the next 1,000 years, and taking into account the risks of heavier rainfall during storms resulting from global warming. This shows that the site is set well above the potential flood level. The FRA is available for interested parties. In addition, the town is now protected by an attractive, permanent Flood Protection Scheme.

Britannia Gardens comprises 4 new homes:
