CONTRACT WORK - BUILDING FOR OTHERS
We often build homes or major extensions for customers, including individuals, larger landlords, & social housing groups, as well as undertaking general building development.
We have built everything from a single storey extension for a home owner to converting a building into 18 apartments for a landlord, and renovating/modernising dilapidated homes for a housing association.

We employ our own key staff, plus specialist sub-contractors, most of whom we have used many times.

We were registered with NHBC from 1997 to 2025, and rated an A1 Builder & Developer, the highest of the 16 standard NHBC ratings. In early 2025 we reluctantly decided that we had to move away from NHBC solely because their charges for our particular level of building ended up higher than competitive providers. Nonetheless we still build to full NHBC standards.
