We build all types of homes.
As a small developer, we build high quality homes designed each time specially for the site that we have bought. We work with our architects to produce homes that reflect the local area and market.

While most of our homes are New Build, we have also done many conversions.
Our main approach is:

We also sometimes build homes for customers, including individuals, larger landlords, social housing groups.
We employ our own key staff, plus specialist sub-contractors, most of whom we have used many times.
We are registered with NHBC, and rated as an A1 Builder & Developer, the highest of the 16 standard NHBC ratings. We sometimes also use other warranty providers.
We are registered with the Government's Help to Buy scheme so we can offer the full Help to Buy package on selected sites. The exact availability depends on the Budget that we are allocated each year by the Government. In principle, from April 2021, the Help to Buy scheme allow first time buyers to buy a new home with the help of a Government loan. There are several conditions (eg the house price must not exceed a regional price cap initially £255,600 for the West Midlands; it must be your only house; you must live in it etc) but the benefits include a loan from the Government of up to 20% (interest-free for 5 years) and the minimum deposit may be only 5%. Anyone interested must take advice.
