We also sometimes build homes for customers, including individuals, larger landlords, & social housing groups.
We employ our own key staff, plus specialist sub-contractors, most of whom we have used many times.
We are registered with NHBC, and rated as an A1 Builder & Developer, the highest of the 16 standard NHBC ratings. We sometimes also use other warranty providers. We tend to use the Local Authority for Building Control Inspections.
